I order a Nikon Camera through Dealticker site on 02/14/2013 and when I still hadnt received in by April called the company and I was told that the cameras didnt get past border checks so they were returned and I would get a refund of $60.00 for the camera and $10.00 shipping amount total of $70.00. When I waited and waited I emailed them back and was told that the refund has been issued and that it would take some time to show up on credit card. Waited and waited. Called again and was told within 5-10 business days Id receive it, still nothing. When I called again was told that they had to issue alot of refunds and I had to wait in order of names for refund. Then I got tired of the bull and made a claim with BBC and they looked into and the response they got from the company was that my allowed refund time had past the 2 weeks and so I would not receive a refund, which I thought was cute since it takes longer than 2 weeks to receive a product so they have that set up to screw people over so they can never get a refund is their product doesnt get to you. And being my claim is over a certain amount BBC wont go to the next step in getting my money. So I am out the $70.00 so Beware of Dealticker deal sites I have read other compliants on them after all this happened to me
