I could not access my e mail due to an upgrade and on June 20th I accidentally called them. They spend about 2-3 hours trying to recover my e mail while assuring me that they represented my service. They have been harassing me for $199 service contract ever since. I recovered my e-mail on my own after spending about 25 hours with my service. They say they repaired my computer---it wasn't broken. This is ridiculous amount of money for a service that was not rendered. I don't want this on my credit report but feel that I would be an idiot to pay for a service so inept!!!
