Synaptic Marketing accepted $997 for a product called "Commission Blast".
Commission Blast is supposedly an IM product teaching users how to make huge amounts of money on the Internet, but both "Synaptic Marketing" and "Commission Blast" are not registered domains.
Commission Blast is a total rip off in that the information provided is is not only available free online, but it's also way outdated and completely inaccurate.
When a refund was requested, there was no reply from the support portal and email address provided despite writing every day for 10 days.
