After a one-time charge of $1.00 US on October 18, 2012, the company charged an additional amount of $99.95 on 11/19/12 which I did not authorize. I sent an email to their address on 12/01/12 requesting cancellation and a refund of the November $99.95. Ignoring my email they charged another $99.95 to my account on 12/17/12. Total charges = $199.90 US.
