What a terrible experience we've had dealing with this company. We purchased a chair with free delivery, it was slow in getting to us. Then arrived with no instruction book (even though the listing specifically said it came with one). The chair was faulty, and after numerous attempted contacts we were advised the only option was to send it back. The chair does not come apart once put together, as advised eventually by their warehouse. So how do we send it back? And the cost to send it back, well it just isn't possible. The company staff have been extremely unhelpful and don't have any idea about consumer rights and the role of ACCC in protecting the consumers from this kind of practice. Eventually got to speak to the owner, and rather than him trying to help us, he said if it was bought on ebay then we weren't allowed to call his number (03 9794 5383) and that we could only contact him by email. He didn't care about us leaving him a negative feedback on ebay, just wanted us off the phone. Well done for sticking your head in the sand. You have proven that you are only interested in money, not interested in helping your customers, and this really does deserve to be listed in scambook. Terrible excuse for a company. Will be involving the ACCC asap.
