I purchased the Mobile Money Code Software on June 2, 2013 after watching a video with Greg Anderson hosting the program. I paid $49 through SWReg merchant's account and then another $9 "pitch-in" fee for the training about a week later. It wasn't until a couple of weeks later before I had the hosting fee for 6 months services. I went through all the training on the website, etc and started to use the software. It wasn't until the second week of July that I started to use the software creating my first project site. I was living in Morgan Hill, CA in a family park that provided free WiFi services all through the month of July as I was getting to know the software while attempting to create my first mobile website. I'm not really sure whether or not the WiFi connection I was using was the source of my troubles using the software, but I will give you a brief description of what was going on, and you can decide what the issue is, or isn't.

The first couple-three weeks logging into the software was smooth, and then for whatever reason, I don't know why, the link to the MMC Member's Area I was sent did not function anymore--I couldn't get access to my software using the link from my email sent by Mobile Money Code. This issue kept up for about one week, where I couldn't loggin through my personal email link. After one week, I tried it again, only because the link had worked the first few weeks for me, and the link started working again. When I logged onto the member's area, I tried finding the Support and Login buttons located in the upper right hand corner of the website, and for whatever reason, the buttons weren't there anymore. I started to get a little concerned because after the buttons have disappeared, I didn't know how to contact support.

I retrieved my receipt emails for the software to find support information. The receipt I had from my purchase was a SWReg receipt. First, I tried calling the customer support number provided on the receipt and the phone number belonged to a paid adult chat line (I tried the number several times as well as called the number from another cell phone to make sure no issues were coming from my end of communication. Then I tried sending a message to the customer support website. I received a mail daemon on both attempts informing me that the address was not valid and to check my spelling, etc. By this time, I started to get a little antsy about what the heck was going on with my software purchase because I was not able to contact customer support from the information provided on my purchase receipts.

After one week of the Support and Login buttons disappearing on me, all of a sudden the buttons were there after logging in to the software again. Strange stuff, but I swear this is exact what I had experienced through the first part of July with the software. I even tried calling the Startup Specialist to see if I could get anywhere through them contacting support and was informed there was no customer service phone number and had to use [email protected] to contact support for the software.

I must have sent at least 4-5 email requests for support over the course of a week with no reply. When I finally did get a reply back form MMC support, it was about me having to prove my purchase for the software because the information I supplied from my SWReg's purchase receipt wasn't pulling me up in their accounts, and was told that SWReg was a separate company from ClickSure (but owned by ClickSure)and wanted me to supply a bank statement showing my purchase of the software.

This response was not helpful to me at the moment in regards to providing answers to my technical issues, but at least I knew there was somebody on the other end of my communication efforts. I searched my bank records and discovered that the purchase was made on my account that I had recently shut down to avoid possible unauthorized activity issues and was now using a brand new account. I provided my SWReg's purchase receipts to support and still got the same response as the first explaining SWReg being a separate business entity from ClickSure. By this time, a month had gone by since my first support request asking for a phone support number I could use to discuss the problems I was having with the software--which by the way, I didn't find out that there wasn't any phone support available until a couple of weeks worth of sending messages every two days when I didn't get any responses to my requests. I could go on and on about my experience with MMC support, but I'm not going to do that. Just know that my requests for help were never met, and it was like I was running circles with them that only achieved more frustration and impatience on my end.

I haven't stopped trying to solve my technical issues with the software, and have gone to other resources and finding learning tools to assist me in figuring it out myself. I have even gone to the extreme of learning how to do HTML myself so I can hopefully see myself through the barriers I am experiencing with this program. But, here I am still struggling learning the do's and the don'ts about website design, etc. and have not been able to start marketing my services after having started this program 3 months ago.

Now, I have submitted my complaint about the program. I am still hoping that I will be able to see myself through the challenges using the software by seeking outside resources and gaining more education about creating website design. That is my only option to see myself through to the end. Failing is not an option in my world right now.
