- Actually I had a loan from them and if u read the emails they sent u, u would've noticed that they say to contact them 2-3 days before ur scheduled payment to pay the entire balance rather than an interest only payment. Furthermore they send an email before each payment saying "INTEREST ONLY PAYMENT" please contact us before ur payment is processed to ensure ur balance is paid in full. Maybe you should read before agreeing p
