  • These allegations are posted anonymously, so, unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer any comments. However, we cannot establish a remote connection to the customer’s computer without their prior approval and assistance. Unknowingly, we cannot access anyone’s computer.
We are not a scam and we provide cost effective support to many thousands per day, this person obviously had some issue which is why he contacted us in the first place. We do not do any phishing or any other unethical practices, we invite the complainer to provide some details like, date of contacting us, the customer ID he was given and we would be more than happy to fill him in on what the issue was transpired. If we were not able to resolve that issue we would be happy to provide a full refund.

We are an organization that always tries to provide the best services to our customers who truly need our support. Our policies, prices, services and customer support are why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
