I sent for free trial on 7/18/2013, was billed on 720/2013 for $4.95 shipping. On 8/2/2013 I was billed an additional 148.00 for the starter kit and 5 five packs of filters the latter of which we did not recieve. I am in the process of having the charge disputed through my bank.
