I ordered (1) $29.95 buy one get one free hearing amplifier for my elderly father. I was charged for (2) buy one get one free plus twice for shipping and handling (even though they were send in the same package) which came to $1.99 for insurance, $29.95 x 2 = $59.90 and $38.75 for shipping for a total of $100.64.

I called the company to tell them I only wanted 1 buy one get one free, not 2. She said to keep the second one and she would credit my account $31.80 which she did, but she refused to credit my account for any shipping and handling charges which she said was my responsibility. My father didn't like the quality (or lack thereof) of the product, therefore I am returning them and expecting another credit of $31.80 and all in all I am out $38.75 for shipping on a double order. Even though you request only 1 item, this is a scam because I seem to not be the only one and they get you with the handling charges. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
