I ordered the hearing aid & opted for the 2nd "free" one, yeah right....free..$29.95 then the $15.95 for shipping & $7.95 for handling & processing then i got them almost a month later, then i tried using them & i had ALOT of Background noise, so much so that you couldn't make out what anyone was saying so i sent them back. I too was told to write stuff on it & then i had to pay $13 to send it back, i just checked the tracking # given to me by the post office and they had received it on 4-14-16, 2 days after i shipped it. Funny to me how it took them a month yo get it to me....and with alot of run arounds i'm still waiting on my $29.95 thats excluding almost $30 in shipping "both ways" and the $7.95 in handling... So i spent more in haviving these things shipped across the country and back than i'm hopefully gonna get refunded for, but i'm luckier than some of these folks on here that have lost hundreds.....but i haven't been refunded as of yet!!!
