I was attempting to make reservations for my husband at a hotel in a particular city. As I was shopping for rates, I found a decent rate through easytobook. I began filling it out, and was submitting the information, and then realized I had inadvertently set the wrong dates, so I thought I had cancelled the whole transaction. Apparently not, because later in the evening, I received a confirmation email. I tried to cancel the reservation online, but it told me my type of reservation is non-refundable! I have tried contacting the company during their listed business hours, and have only received a recording telling me to call within business hours, and I tried leaving a voicemail, but was told that the message system was full. Uh oh. I'm staying FAR AWAY from this company in the future.
