In all honesty, it seems as if the only complaints are from people that couldn't make it in what we do. Complaints from people who have failed. Which is perfectly fine. This company is not for everybody. I've worked for Mike Adibe for close to a year now and I have been VERY successful in this business. It's not for everyone so don't feel bad if you didn't make it. And yes, I've been in the "claw back" system where I had to pay back money that was advanced from the Hourly wage. But any person that is smart about their research. Would also know Huge companies like Mercedes Benz, and Jewelry stores also use the same type of Draw system in there companies. It ensures the Production and growth of the company. I've been in the claw back system. I've also made it out where I now dictate my own paycheck and soon will be getting promoted to management for the hard work I was willing to put in. regardless if I felt like I didn't want to or not. I'm a 25 year single dad. With a 6 year little girl, who is my life. And because this business has taught me the importance of Time management. I am actually able to make time for my child and Still only work 40-45 hours a week and still am able to provide for her. Another employee that works for us now is married with 3 kids and is doing very well. So to say if you're single with no children gives you the chance to be successful is very inaccurate. I'm just giving my experience of what I've gone through with the company. And yes, there are some things that have happened that I may of disagreed with. However that is always the issue with EVERY job you go into. Some people tap into their potential more than others. If you're self- motivated, a problem solver, and a team player. I would highly recommend coming on board.
