I too have been ripped off by these crooks. I purchased a gm 4.3l V6 for my 1989 Chris Craft on June 25 2013. Everything they request you do before start up was done. The engine has a total of 8 running minutes through the 20 minute break in process. Had problems from the moment I turned the key. I've been in contact with them from the start of my problems (using a different phone to call each time because they block my number after each call) everything from being told to take oil sending unit off and oil filter off and blow the gunk out because they sometimes forget to blow the dirt out after its been through the oven process for a rebuild. They don't even know their own products, when I asked mike if the sending unit hole is blocked wouldn't the other passages be blocked as well, he replied hopefully not. I then was instructed to turn on engine and start break in process, well I had oil pressure to the sending unit but no where else. No oil was coming through to the top end. Then I was instructed to take off intake manifold to see if the guys forgot to plug two holes in there cause that sometimes happens they replied. If you have trained and qualified technicians as your website implies these problems don't exist. I too wish I'd seen all the negatives about (US MARINE ENGINES INC)AKA RIPOFF ARTISTS before my purchase. This has been an awful experience. We will see if Charlie will respond to my warranty email cause its been 5 days. 2 days were lost due to the incorrect email address on my warranty paperwork. Lets see if Charlie tells me it was the consumer cause all telephone calls were recorded with his and his employees admitting the oversights and blocking my calls hoping I'd go away. Well I'm not. I'm here to stay and will write a bad review everyday to whoever will listen.
