I paid money for several travel packages a couple of years ago and was unable to use them. I was contacted to renew my vacation packages for a fee of $196, then paid another $196 to get all inclusive at one of the vacations. All I received was a credit card charge. I received no information on how to redeem these vacations. I paid at least $1500 in total and have no info. I would either like a full refund or my travel package info sent to me and know that it is usable and Real! Thanks so much.
