On July 9, 2013,my computer started acting up. It was out of memory and it was not functioning. Someone from PC SPEEDY called me on the phone, and told me that I had a virus. They could fix for $29.99. Then it was $29.99 a month. They said I needed to keep their service for 3 months or else the problem would come back. ( They probably meant they would put it back into my computer)

The paperwork they gave me said they have a 30 Day cooling off period, in which you could cancel the service if you changed your mind, or if you were not satisfied.

I sent an email to can

Update: 07/29/2013

I called to cancel, but they said I cannot cancel until September 30, 2013, even though I am unhappy with what they did for me. Why would I have to keep a service I do not like and am not using.
