I got a call from PC Wizards saying they were contracte by PC Optimizers and said that a software that I installed was corrupting peoples machines. They had me follow some directions and remotely came in to fix my computer. They charged me $99 for a 3 month service. The number they used was 800-705-1956. I then received a call on 9/28/12 and I could tell it was the same gentleman. He said they were going to reimburse me for my charges but were going to give me $399. They once again talked me into letting them into my computer. They had me fill out a Western Union form and just about selected send when I stopped him by shutting down my computer. This time he said his name was James Henderson and his ID was AR-707. They called me using 1-233-378-555 and I could tell he was from India as he also said he was. I told him I didn't believe him so he had me write down a number to call which was 011-A00-AA952. I didn't call and hung up on him. Unfortunately, I'm out the $99 and want it back and want them to be penalized.
