If possible please ship tomorrow (I prefer USPS Priority Padded Envelope or USPS Registered mail or USPS 1st Class Mail Int'l, whatever convenience for you, insurance is optional), shipping address is:

Then initiates a chargeback after you send the package. Looks like they have a handful of throwaway email accounts and ebay accounts.
