Just like everyone else, I went online to change my address. Went to the p.o. website, paid 1$ (I thought) until I checked my bank statement and it charged me $19.99. I called the number, talked to "Meisha' and she said they couldn't find me, but they'd send me an email when they looked into it.We'll see if it's legit, but I'm not holding my breath.

  • Call your bank for debit card or your credit card company and dispute the charge. That is what I did. This company doesn't want to deal with this and only one day after my bank put a "temp credit" on my account they refunded my money!!! Also if you just call the change address scammers they will immediately give you a $10 refund. But you will be on hold for 15 - 30 min. Hope this helps. I reported them to the OH BBB as well as my local attorney general. There is also a report on them today on CNBC. http://www.cnbc.com/id/100908339
