Very deceiving scam. I typed "usps.gov" in the address bar (not Google). But because the site doesn't WORK without the "www." I ended up with a Google search that said "did you mean www.usps.gov?". 1st link on the list said "USPS® Change Of Address .." with a registered symbol! That has to be illegal. I filled out the info and when I clicked finish I got to a page that said "$19.95 .. click submit". I DID NOT click submit .. I started looking for a "cancel" button because I realized I was being scammed .. but THE PAGE REFRESHED AND IT SUBMITTED ITSELF! Then they give you a link for a so-called receipt but it doesn't have the amount I was just charged. I knew I wasn't imagining things so I checked my online banking and sure enough, I was charged $19.95. Now I'm also worried about tons of junk mail because if you go back and read the fine print on the site they say they will be sending commercial offers etc. I called for a refund and they promised a partial refund of $10 but say it will be 72 hours. Last thing I will mention is that there are a number of complaints on this site for "changemyaddress.com" and that site now redirects to USPS change of address form. However, "change-my-address.com" is still live and still scamming people, myself included.
