I signed in on the website of securustech.net. Then on the web page you find jailcallservices/securus. I cliked on and I filled outthe application they for my name,address,email,phone # after all they asked for the inmate name and location. I chose a 19.95 plan when I was about to make the payment they ask for ssc and daye of birth to create a profile for you I end up paying $86.98. Thirty min layer I receive a phone call fr them. I spoke with amgie she gave me a number by told to give it to the inmate then she said that I need to call securus pay then an extra $25.00 so to connect me because they can not connect me directly. I asked why she it's two differnt companies. I adked to cancel the transaction she told me she couldn.t because she can't refund the money. So they had all my information. Jailcallservice scammed me.
