I Applied for installment loans to pay for my forthcoming wedding. I did not use their services, as I found a loan elsewhere. However, I cancelled my Bank Debit Card VISA. Even with a replacement card and instructions to the bank, whilst the money was on stand by as a Direct Debit. These were unauthorised Transactions . The bank would not deal with it. Through Scambook I am now able to contact the Company who say they will refund, it has been 30 days since my application.HPG

I contacted the number , redirected to Karen Moody. Who spent an hour to tell me she would keep £34.76 for " Administration Charges "! I received no letters or emails from the Company.I have been paid less than 50% of the whole amount.HPG

The Amount of 3£30 was paid into my account, They still owe me £34.76 ! Plus my phone charges etc
