I ordered the Prolift and Serum on the free trial at 1.99 per pot. Nowhere did it say that you were then signed up for a year. Only when I checked my bank account did I see that they had taken two lots of 84.71. When I phoned they say that I had signed up for a year. This was when I put in my card details. They were very bad on the phone and said that you should have cancelled within 14 days. This wasnt mentioned on the original website. They eventually said they could refund £40. But will now get my card cancelled as they could still take more. Hope this will stop scams like these happening to anyone else.
