International boundaries
This company called on the phone to inform me that my computer was infected and that they would be able to repair it for a fee by remotely connecting to my computer. Their fee was £160. I did not trust them and so took this no further. They claim to be based in Edinburgh however, I have contacted Trading Standards in Edinburgh who investigated and informed me that the company has never operated from their stated address. Scam company, avoid at all costs.
