I signed up 7/2/13 for North Point Web Mall business and was charged $99 confirmation #144205 per Sharon Smith, verification representative. Amanda Reid, enroller, scheduled my 1st business mentor meeting with Greg Sammuels for 7/3 @ 10-11am. Greg Sammuels no-showed our 1st appointment 7/3/13 @10am. Waited until 11:15am for his call and nothing. I was expecting to be able to start placing orders through webmall as early as today, no later than Friday, both to test website myself but also because I need product and plan to purchase over the holiday weekend.

When calling, I only get a recording saying it will transfer to representative, explains hours, then beeps to leave message on their
800 number 888-723-4963. The direct line 602-242-4046 is busy signal or immediate hangup.

Called 7/3, 7/5, 7/8, numerous times since. Emailed two email address: [email protected] as instructed by the recorder and the initial caller Amanda, as well as [email protected] per their website. Only get AUTO-REPLY emails saying a representative will get back to me within 24 hours.

No communication since the original call. Preying on Seniors and Retirees with promises to make supplemental income. I never got the upsell likely because my interview showed I had no solvent resources upon which to prey.

Initial call was from Amanda Reid phone # 602-242-4046, spoke with expert Steven Turner to answer my questions, then Amanda completed my order, Sharon Smith verified credit card, then Amanda scheduled me for business mentor Greg Sammuels appt

  • I am in a similar situation with North Point Webmall that can't get any response. I even sent them return receipt mail that was returned via the post office that they had moved with no forwarding address. Has anyone tried to go after the individuals (Steven Turner, Sharon Smith, Greg Samuels)? I understand complaints are being filed with the Attorney General's office in Arizona. What else have you tried to do? They have taken alot of money from many people and need to be stopped as well as pay retribution.
