We paid SC Law Group $4,500.00 to work with our 1st mortgage company America's Servicing Co. c/o Wells Fargo Bank. We were told that they normally have the modifiction completed within 60 to maximum of 90 days and they would work to get our interest to 2%-4% and a principle reduction on the 1st and negoiate our 2nd off. We sarted our process March 2013 were told that they would be communicating with us every step of the way and that we would be given specific details on what their company would be negotiating for us. I did all the leg work with supplying all of the requested paper work. Everytime I called I was told he paperwork had been sent to the next department and they should be calling me. We talked to a Riley who started the process,then Vanessa who sent paperwork to sign, Tim our case manager, Isrel from compliance, Crystal from customer service,Natalee from the underwriting dept. and finally Misty from the legal processing team. I had to call back multiple times to find out where we were in the process and eave multiple messages and once in a while would get someone that acually answered he phone. Now in the last two weeks I have been emailing Misty from the legal team leaving phone messages to everyone I have listed and have had no replies. Who can we contact about paying for a service tha was left hanging?
