My mother received Equinox product from Sheridan Labs and RVTL from Phoenix Labs without requesting it, then continued to receive products with charges to her credit card. We have notified the credit card company, which will consider it Fraud and issue her a new credit card number, and we also have called Sheridan Labs to cancel both accounts. Sheridan said if we return the products she received today, they would refund the money for those. The products arrive with no shipping paperwork or invoice, so you have to check your credit card statement to even know what is being charged. The bank said there had been six charges in about a month, about $200 from each of these two companies.
