I placed an order for ink on Sept 22, 2011. I received an email telling me the only way I could pay (after I had already paid through the website) was through paypal. I then paid through paypal and was subsequently charged by paypal. I was charged by inksoutlet.com on Oct. 11, 2011 as well. I have now been double charged for my ink and still have not received my ink.
