I tried to get a loan which i was told i was approved for. Then the man told me i had to buy this prepaid card to prove i had funds in my account, then he said the payday loan would be in my account in forty five minutes which it was not. so i called back and he tells me i have to send another $160 to prove to their nsurance company tht i have funds to pay itt back. I told him i didnt have enough money so instead he tells me to only send $100, so i did. And again it was supposed to be in my account today at nine thirty a.m. and it wasn't. of course i called back and the man tells me i have to send another $360, at this point i freaked out and told him i would not send anymore and just to send me my money back. Then he tells me that either they will send me a cashiers check on tuesday or putit right back in my account today for a $100 fee.??? Unacceptable! First of all, had he told me id have to have all this money in order to get the loan i never would have done it, secondly i need that money today considering my rent is due today, and not tuesday. I refuse to pay a fee to get my own money sent back to menow, that is ridiculous. Now "coincidentally when i called nobody was available as far as managers to speak to. And the very last time called, nobody answered at all. I know they are trying to avoid me but i will not rest until i receiver the entire refund. The point of the company is to help people with their temporary money problems, not add more.
