I ordered the free sample agreeing to pay 2.99 postage which they took immediately they then took another 1.95 the following week now they have taken 84.71 (for what?)I have nopt received anything else from them.I have emailed them twice asking for a refund but to no avail.They state they will reply in 24hrs but have not done so!
