I ordered the free sample for £4.99 Postage and packaging. Order arrived. Thought is was strange to receive a 'sample' that was obviously the full sized product so I did not use it. There was no literature with the product either which got me very suspicious. Within two weeks of receipt of sample, they took out £97.82 from my bank. Phoned bank. They stopped any further payments immediately. I emailed Collagenta many times requesting they forward to me return address as I had not tried the sample and wanted a full refund. They eventually gave in and I had to return it to Egypt. I got a full refund from Collagenta. Bank sent me new bank card. Phew !!!!
