Received non-stop phone calls at my place of employment for over an hour. Tried talking to them but they would not listen or were rude or hung up and then called right back and laughed when I asked, "How can I help you?" "How can YOU help anyone?" The longest conversation I had, I admit I was rude back but I was getting so exasperated. They wanted to speak to my supervisor and my payroll supervisor. When told that person was not available for the day and would be back tomorrow, I was told they were just going to keep calling anyway. My co-workers told them the same. They would just hang up and call right back. Talk about getting co-workers upset with you. They told them they had to fire me because all of these phone calls were making it impossible for customers to call. That did not matter. They said they would still call the rest of the night. I had to leave so I don't know if they are still getting the phone calls or not. How do you handle something like this?
