An ad came on the computor offering a couple of skin cream, one I think was free and the other was $5.99 plus shipping. I ordered it with my credit card and rec'd the cream through the mail. Rec'd my cedit card statement and it showed an amount of $6.31 charged on June 6th, then an amount of $104.07 was charged on June 20th. I disputed the amount to the bank and to Lorelia and was told by 'Meridith' at Lorelia that to have it credited back I would have to have a conference call with them and my bank. The Toronto Dominion Bank does not do conference calls so this was denied. Lorelia stated that they would not credit me if I send back the cream. The bank fraud department said this is a fraud system that they cannot help me with as the shipping charges were put on the 2nd amt and that made my purchase okayed by me. This is a disgrace and I am angry at the bank as well as this Lorelia fraud.
