The charges took place April 1st 99.99 and 99.99 and then May and June 1st for 19.99. We have trouble with our computer and this is when we started making attempts with Dell costumer care to have the computer fixed. We thought we were talking to a 2nd party of dell, but we had trouble with them when we asked for our warranty. Our banking company is now trying to report the fraud.
