I purchased a mojang prepaid card from my local Game Stop. We had trouble from day one with this game. We had to use our antivirus program to fix the problem it caused. This game caused my computer to crash. I informed Game Stop and they told me to contact Mojang. There is no contact number so I emailed them. The first reponse I got was that they only refund for technical difficulties and within 15 days of purchase, both I qualified for. Then when I emailed a second time requesting a refund, I was told they don't refund prepaid cards. I informed them that the game was a prepaid card in my first email. Please research this and I hope others do not fall for this scam, because I am without $30 and have a useless prepaid card. I wish I had researched this company before buying the prepaid card.
