I purchased Microsoft Office 2010 product for download, but this company never provided a download link or information. I tried calling, emailing the company numerous times, but could never get a response. I also tried several times contacting them on their online chat service, but no one ever answered.
I finally filed a compliant with Pay Pal, who processed my payment, but after several weeks of providing information they informed me that digital products are not covered and they could not help me.
This company is a rip off. Their website and telephone recording promises excellent customer service, but that is a total lie. The truth is that they simply cannot be contacted, and will not respond or provide the products paid for.
A Total Rip Off! Do Not Buy a product from this comany, even through Pay Pal!!!!!!!!!
