I purchased Microsoft Office Professional on 5/28/13. The link they sent me was for Professional Plus so I am unable to activate the software online. They will not send me a new link to download the correct software. I have sent numerous emails asking for help and have not received any help other than to tell me to uninstall any previous versions of Office. I would either like to get my money back or the correct link sent to me. Thank you!
