After paying for a membership, I followed the guidelines within said membership, and submitted a four unit apartment for funding. Prior to signing up for the membership I went over all costs and requirements to ensure I was not wasting my time. The four unit deal was submitted, and denied based on reserves that were not mentioned previously. A friend closed on this deal and nets $1400 per month, with $40,000 in equity. I explained the situation with the owner Steve Blazevic, who agreed we deserve a refund due to misinformation by Edy Eddins (rep), but we would have to wait for three years. Three years has now passed as of June 2013, and they aren't going to honor their word. Big shock. I would like a refund as agreed, and would like to keep others from being abused by these scammers.
