Blazevic Funding Group is supposed to be a Hard Money Lender out of Phoenix, AZ. that lends Hard Money to close on real estate transactions. However they charge an up front fee of $3000.00 that guarantees your loan will be funded. Well when it was time to fund my loan, they did not fund the loan. They also said in writing that if they could not fund your loan that they would return your up front fee, so I asked for a refund and got nothing but a run around. So I bought a ticket to Phoenix, AZ. and went to the address of the suppose office and found a vacate building. They screen all calls and you have to leave a message and needless to say they don't return my phone calls and have not returned my money.
