JustFab is a deceitful, scamming business. It makes money by tricking people into letting them repeatedly charge their credit card. It makes itself look like a website in which you make a one-time purchase. There are no obvious indicators on the website that JustFab is a membership club. Once you choose something to buy, after you give your payment information, there is a small checkbox that says you "agree to the terms the JustFab VIP membership program." If you don't check this box, you can't make your purchase. There is no obvious explanation that by checking this box they will charge you $39.95 every month. There is also no obvious explanation that there is no way you can get refunded for those $39.95 charges -- even if you don't purchase anything.

I made a purchase on JustFab.com in April 2013. I checked my credit card statement in July 2013 and found that I had been charged 39.95 in July. Then I discovered that I had also been charged $39.95 each month since April. I called JustFab.com to request a reimbursement of the total 119.85 that had been charged to me since I didn't buy anything from them from May - July. They refused to reimburse me for anything except the 39.95 that was charged to me in July. They said that there was a "small checkbox" that I checked when I made my initial purchase with them that indicated I was joining their VIP membership club. I told them that it was in no way obvious from their website that JustFab is a membership club that requires its members to purchase $40 dollars worth of stuff each month. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said that there was nothing their supervisor could do for me because I indicated that I agreed with their terms and conditions (when I checked that checkbox in April). Not only is JustFab deceitful, it is unwilling to reimburse you when you ask for your money back! Of course, they'll let you use all the money you've already spent to get more stuff on their website. It's obvious that JustFab is trying to make money by TRICKING people into giving them a license to repeatedly charge their credit card. It's an unethical, shady, lowlife, scam outfit.
