After the 5th you can no longer skip a month and I am a busy college student who gets busy and forgets to cancel this month. One time I attempted to cancel they said I wouldn't be refunded. So I was forced to stay. This time they attempted to get me to keep it. It's like no matter what you say, they won't cancel. I just want my account closed and my money refunded.
