We are loyal Longhorn Customers. We frequent the Sandy Springs and Cartersville, GA locations an average of 2 - 3 times per week. We know most of the staff in Cartersville and are very pleased with the service (especially top notch servers like Janet, Kelsie and Jamie, who are all so accommodating, proficient and SUPER FRIENDLY! The hostesses are wonderful too! However, you have one employee at the Cartersville location that creates complete and total dread when we walk in the door (and often the first person we see). She has been rude (or less than interested) on several occasions. She is not friendly and never smiles. We finally inquired (yesterday) as to her name, as we treated guests to Longhorn for the July 4th Holiday. Our guests commented on the attitude of this person. We told them sadly, it’s common and asked them to overlook her because (otherwise) this is a really great restaurant! I hope you can observe "MALINA" and how she responds to customer service. I am talking about simple common courtesy. If we notice it, I feel certain other patrons are noticing it too, and this is an awesome little small town we live in where everybody knows everybody.
