Ordered a Covercraft NOAH Custom Car Cover from their online Amazon store for $235 with Prime 2 day shipping. For two weeks heard nothing, then got a call from these guys saying my order was not in stock and would take over a month possibly to get in due to back log. This pushy guy then tries to convince me to accept a substitute car cover that they make there instead.
He bloviated about it's superiority and how it was way more expensive than the Covercraft I originally ordered, but was very sketchy about any real details about the substitute cover they make, although he was honest about it not being a proper fit for my car, but tried to convince me how that didn't really matter LOL! He was so pushy trying to get me to agree to this swap right away, acting irritated, but I finally got him to give me their company info and website, which when I looked - their most expensive car cover sells for $198!! Freaking Rip Off Artist!
I then Googled them and read a ton of TERRIBLE online reviews about how their products break down and DO NOT LAST 6 Months!!! This company has at least two names I can find from my research and hilariously if you look, half of their good youtube comments come from "people" who all joined youtube on the same two days!!! LMAO I immediately called Amazon and initiated a refund, no way I was going to trust those D-bags with my car!
Just because I am a woman does not make me unaware of what is best for my car!! I would never have accepted that swap regardless of the discovery of them being scammers or not, but after I found all that I was incensed, and decided people must be warned!
