I purchased a '4-layer car cover' from this company for my SUV, and the 'water-proof, UV-proof,' extended-life car cover promptly deteriorated after only 2 months on my car. A small hole started on the mirror and expanded to become a giant 4-foot tear. In addition, the UV protection layer started flaking off, covering my car in thousands of white flakes. This company is indeed a scam and I do not know how they continue to be in business.

I called and emailed the company 7 times, including sending photos of the cover, and they responded that a replacement cover would be sent if I paid an additional $25. Apparently, this is their so-called warranty. A warranty should cover a free replacement of the product. In addition, the product is not as advertised on eBay, and this company is stealing money from consumers by selling a disposable $5 Chinese car cover for up to hundreds of dollars as a high-tech German car cover.

After my last call 3 weeks ago, I was told that I would be contacted by a manager. The 'manager,' of course, has never called...
