in may we used this service one time that we paid.Ever since May 2011 we have recieved a bill for $18.95 on the cedit card every month since. I probably would not noticed except that I had the card paid off. Then I got another bill for the $18.95. I knew then that something was wrong. My credit card company referred me to you. I hope someone will help.
