we used this service once in may 2011 for the initial fee (that we paid) now it has shown up on our statement ever since may 2011 in the amount of $18.95 a month. I never questioned the bill until this month because I knew that it was supposed to be paid off, therefore I should not have recieved a statement. I did get one so now I know it is a scam. I contacted my card company and they referred me to you. I hope someone can help.
