Purchased item which was clearly advertised at a Swarovski set (necklace, earrings and bracelet. The item never arrived. Following many emails, I was sent an inferior product which had no resemblance to which I ordered and the estimated value of the item would not have exceeded A$5. I promptly returned the item to them at a cost of in excess of $20. To date, after numerous emails, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! BEWARE!
