Ordered Swarovski necklace in August 2012 very late arrival in mid October 2012. The necklace is a complete fake, it did not resemble the item ordered. The package did include a paper Swarovski box and bag but the necklace was packaged on a card stating fashion jeweller, I would guess it's value would be $1.
Contacted the seller via email asking for their contact details to return but was told they only correspond via email. I am now seeking legal advice and have contacted the Chinese Embassy.

- Contact your credit card company immediately. Because the goods are counterfeit, they will provide the appropriate information in order for you to get a refund. I was able to get a refund through mine in less than 3 weeks.
