I purchased a laptop on ebay.com and i got a junk laptop that does not work.I have indicated to the seller that i am purshaing this as a gift .with the intention of having it gift wrapped.
When i got the junk laptop arrived i paid the full customs on the full value .
I opened a case with ebay as it was marked under the buyer protection program.Ebay closed the case and said that i am not covered because of me mentioning it to have it as a gift and gift wrapped.I was supposed ot be a gift to my wife .
I lost the 434 dollars with no working laptop.I think ebays buyers program is fruad and i would like my money back .Beware ebay is fraud
I got a junk item and lost 434 ..how come i am not covered by the consumer protection .where is the justice in that .
