I responded to a questionnaire on line and as a reward was offered a sample of Collagenta with only the cost of postage. I gave my bank details and paid £4.95 on the 6th March, then on the 25th March £97.82 was taken from my account. 29th April a further £68.82 was taken and the same amount was taken on the 23rd May.Today a further £68.82 was taken. Although the bank has said they are looking into it, it would appear they have not been successful
